From the moment you walk in the door the staff is warm, friendly and professional at the same time.
I like a particular frame. Well! they searched and searched until they found the "exact" frame I wanted. They didn't have the color in the store but got it from another.
Also, I have high index and in the past four years I haven't been able to find an optician who got my prescription right.

I'm wearing my new glasses and will pick up my second pair some time this week.
The good thing about my experience there was, I never felt it was all about a sale. I felt it was about customer satisfaction.
