(November 11, 2018, 1:35 pm)I had a pickup that I bought a year ago. It was a discontinued model. I finally installed it inanew guitar. There was an open in the pickup...it didn’t work. I contacted the dealer on EBay.
He, inturn, contacted DiMarzio who offered to rewind the pickup. Since I live in Jersey, not too far from the factory, I dropped it off in person.
They were obliging at the factory.
I had the pickup back in my hands four days later, they mailed to me.
