I have had a terrible experience with the entire world of u-haul this weekend and the wonderful woman at this location was such a breath of fresh air. This location currently has units for storage that are moveable which to some may be odd however I found it quite convenient, if a customer wants to relocate their belongings without taking out piece by piece they could move the entire unit on a trailer. This location also has a lot of trucks, vans & trailers on site. The next time I need to rent a trailer (not a van!) I will be coming to this location first. The gentleman in the back was also very helpful and kind further making my terrible experience with this company a brighter one.
