After a second straight year of awful premium hikes of 53%, I called several insurance agencies complaining and complaining about the horrible industry. Aylin, a State Farm rep, was very sympathetic to my circumstance even though I was mean and sarcastic. She was a tremendous help and she and State Farm has made me an insurance believer again!
