I have to say that this is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. I've been a customer for many years and cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this store.
This past Christmas, I went in to purchase a new iPhone. Maurice Porter provided excellent customer service and gave me the details on a plan that was extraordinary. He helped me with my trade-in and walked me through how to set everything up. This was customer service at its best!
Upon finishing the contract, I noticed Verizon had over charged me for the first month. This was due to a glitch in their internal, corporate system. Nevertheless, I was understandably very nervous about how my first bill would appear. This is when Dennis English, one of the store managers, came to personally help me. He gave me his guarantee that he would help fix my bill, in 30 days, if it was incorrect. True to his word, the next month Dennis remembered me, by name, and helped resolve the billing mistake in the store. This went a long way to instill me with confidence as a customer and guarantee that I will never go to any other provider so long as there are people like Dennis and Maurice on the frontlines!
If I could sum this store and its employees up in one word, it would be integrity!
Inmar was extremely helpful. Thank you
Good group of employees at this new location. Honest and helpful
I received the most outstanding, dedicated service at this location. Thank you, Rachel! I relocated from another state and needed to return my router. After many calls to the Verizon customer service number, I was told I could drop it off at any company owned store. I took it to this location in Prosper and was told I needed a landline store and they couldn't take the router. I explained the many phone calls I had made trying to get this returned and Rachel took it upon herself to find out what steps I needed to take to return the equipment. This was no easy task for her either. She worked on this for quite some time making phone calls, acquiring contacts in my former state to get me a number and address of a return location. She was patient and polite throughout this whole process and was relentless in her efforts. I am very thankful I crossed paths with her or I could very well still be on the phone trying to figure this all out.
