(July 31, 2023, 3:41 pm)I tried making an appointment elsewhere and could not get an appointment for at least 2 months, called this ENT (Dr. Jenna) and got an appointment in 2 days. They were extremely thorough, efficient and patient. The receptionists were some of the most courteous I’ve ever met. They took me quickly, the office was very neat and clean. Highly recommended.

(March 29, 2023, 10:31 am)The office staff were helpful, professional and polite. I had no wait at all. PA Janet was wonderful. She was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and most of all gentle! Dr Kim was terrific, great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this office.
