Doctor listens, answers all questions, shows compassion and most of all, listens. He's much better than other endocrinologists I've seen.

I don’t know how people leave bad reviews because of appointment scheduling? He’s the best Endo on the island and very friendly and easy to speak with. That is why you have to book him months in advance as other doctors have poor reviews so Dr Otterbeck is backed up. So make a second appointment after you leave your first.
His staff is also great (I see him at Ralph place). Very friendly and always answer my insurance questions and other concerns.
Dr. Otterbeck, takes care of my son, he is the most caring and considerate dr my son has ever seen!!! The office manager Janice is very helpful and i cant ask for a better office manager
