I decided that it was time for an upgrade to one of the latest iPhones. I went to this AT&T store last week since I was going to be in the area, and Eli helped me to place the order for the phone, because it wasn’t in stock at the store. He answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful.

I received the phone quickly just days after ordering, and I returned to the store today to have the data on my old phone transferred to my new phone. Eli was there again to help me. I appreciate him being so patient and attentive with that process, because my iCloud was not backed up and that took some time on top of having to transfer the data from the old phone. He even answered questions that I had about accessories for the phone. I ended up buying them thanks to his help. Although it took a little while, Eli remained patient until everything was complete with my phone data transfer. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays, so it makes my day whenever I experience that in any store.

Jay was also very helpful and patient. He assisted my dad with paying his AT&T bills. My dad also said that he was very friendly and had great conversation. I thought that about Eli as well.

My dad and I both agree that we would return to this store on Alameda for anything instead of the stores near our house.

Jihad was very helpful. Upgraded my phone and to an iPhone 14 with very little charge. Also, offered but one get one free on accessories. Eli is always helpful he has helped lower my bill and get the best deal.

Amazing service! Store was very clean and organized. Elie was amazing. He help me get a new line. I end up with better phone than I expect. Very professional and understanding. I came to her for consultation about concerns I had. She listened and asked questions regarding my case. She was able to give me some solutions and gave me a check up. Very nice staff and modern office.
