(December 3, 2019, 10:02 pm)This is a nice little place to take a walk in the middle of todt hill. During the winter the scenery is beautiful. If it just recently snowed, the woods look like something out of a postcard. Great place to take holiday photos

(October 22, 2018, 9:33 am)Really nice trail and if you want to see the high that nearly gutted Staten Island, the Richmond highway, take this trail. When you make it to open area where the high was going to start, there are great views of world trade center 1 aka the freedom tower. Plus great views of the island as well.

(August 3, 2016, 3:39 pm)Hidden treasure in NYC. Try to find Skull tree. Great single track hiking trails. You feel like you are in the country. Connects with additional trails for hours of hiking. Maintained by Protectors of the pine oaks.
