“The flame sensor in our heating unit had went out the night before New Year’s Eve. This was pretty frustrating in itself not because of the timing, but mainly because we had the same problem happen the same time last year. We called around to Precise, Arnica and even PAC which we used last year to check out the same issue. We finally got in touch with someone from SI Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and had John come out New Year’s Eve. He was friendly, transparent and incredibly knowledgeable about what the issue could be. During the visit we luckily found out the flame sensor was dirty and just needed to be clean and that we didn’t need a new circuit board. We’ll definitely use them again, thanks so much John!”
