“This Respiratory Equipment and Supply company is a very special place. They really care about their customers who are patients struggling to breathe. The owner Noel Estrada and his employees were extremely responsive to my 97 year old mother during her 6 month battle with severe pulmonary hypertension. He gave me his cell number and responded to texts at all hours of the night and weekendds for things I might need that Hospice was slow in providing like oxygen and portable oxygen concentrators. He even came to my mother in laws funeral. I am a former Nursing Vice-President of a hospital in New York City and have come upon many respiratory therapists and equipment companies. I give them 10 stars from the bottom of my heart. They were there from the long run even when it did not make business sense to be. We will always be in their debt for their care and service. Their representative answered all of our questions and had no problem finding out the answer if he didn't know it directly. He was knowledgeable, amicable and humorous. He explained everything and helped us decide which option was best for us. We were treated with the greatest respect by every staff member we dealt with, even though we had bad credit. And the Financing people were wonderful (and how often can you say that about financing people). Not only did we feel really great about the experience, three days ago we were able to get a car we waned.
