“The wiffy & I needed a new bed, our Sleep# was 15+, we we're heading to maybe see about a new one. Stopping by the bank we noted the Mattress Firm right across from it, so we popped in just to "window shop." Store is pretty average in design, simple set up and a fair selection of mattresses on the floor. Kelly welcomed us to the store, Kelly was very pleasant and knows her products well. We never felt forced or pushed, we we're just browsing after all. Kelly was able to break down all the information and answered a lot of our questions and concerns. Support, comfort and life-span were our biggest points. Kelly was able to show us a mattress that addresses our needs, but wants as well, for a very fair price. Did not plan to buy a mattress there, was just a spur of the moment walk in that worked out for us. Thank you Mattress Firm staff & especially Kelly for the pleasant, unexpected, shopping experience.”

“After getting quotes from multiple companies and scouring the reviews, I decided to go with Dyno. Their quote was HALF of some of the other quotes I received, and they didn't seem too concerned about whether or not my inventory was 100% precise. (Am I the only one who doesn't know how many boxes I'll have a week or two in advance?! Maybe I'm the only one...) They arrived promptly at 8:30 am. (Maybe 2 minutes late, whatever.) The foreman went over the contract with me, I signed in a few places, and they got to work. The foreman spoke English well, not sure about the other movers, but they knew enough, so it wasn't really a problem. I stayed in the apartment while my friend stayed with the truck. As far as I could tell, they were moving quickly and carefully, making sure they got everything. They wrapped my furniture in blankets, and I was impressed with their ability to get my shelves out in one piece (some of the other companies said I would have to disassemble them!) Even when I forgot to show them a closet where I had some boxes, they checked to make sure (thank goodness!). I was moving from Upper Upper Manhattan to Hudson County in NJ and they completed the whole move in around 3 hours, which is about what I expected. There were no surprise charges from what was quoted to me, and they took credit card without charging a fee (I had cash in case, but didn't need it). I will note that my fiance moved most of my fragile items, but I think they would have been fine. I would recommend this company.”
