“Nancy's Gentle classes are very informative and challenging for me. Enjoy the energy she leaves me in the end of the class. Boris gentle class is very quiet, relaxing and meditative. I feel exuberated at the end of the class. Each teacher brings a different kind of energy & experience for me. I have recommended to friends. Park in the train parking lot. Free for 2 hours. 90 minute classes and they also provide free 45min meditation classes for those morning risers. ”
