“When I walked in to the show room I was surprised to see several people in the store shopping for mattresses on one of the first days after reopening. Also to my surprise there was only one sales person in the store. I was gonna leave because I felt I was gonna be there for hours. Shopping for a mattress is no easy task. Well after about 30 minutes the saleswoman came to me and apologized for the wait. I said why are you alone? She said with a smile "things happen but not to worry I can certainly help you". We began to talk about my sleep habits and what problems I have. Within 20 minutes she had me in the perfect mattress. I felt totally confident that she addressed all my needs and worries. I purchased the mattress, the power base and a protector. I was not pressured in any way and was made to feel very comfortable. I would gladly send my friends and family to see Fran D'Aquino.”
