Rigoro Gym

Great place to train!! Loved it so much that I even have my nephew and son taking classes here as well. They love it and always look forward to the next class. Ricky is a great instructor. He takes the time to show you how to properly do the technique. So many places I’ve tried before don’t take the time to show and correct you. You show up they tell you what to do and that’s it. Not here! Ricky pays attention and helps you so you do it CORRECTLY. Plus not to mention that you get a great A1 steak sauce workout.

Not enough can be said about this gym. Not many gyms out there where one can actually train with a former champion. Especially a former kickboxing champ. Ricky’s instruction is phenomenal taking the time to show proper striking techniques. This is not your run of the mill CKO Kickboxing kind of place where you show up and just hit the bag and call it a workout. Here you feel like you are prepping to actually fight. You’re learning how to strike, hold mitts, move. Things that make you feel like you are ready to step into the ring. Great atmosphere and great people. Very refreshing to show up to a gym where the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. No intimidation, no feeling like you don’t belong. So if what you want is to get in shape while developing some serious skills, this is the place to go. Train with the former European Champ promise you’ll be on point in no time.

My eight-year-old daughter recently started taking classes with Riki, he is GREAT with kids!! She was reluctant to start but he makes the class is so much fun that she doesn’t even know she’s getting a full workout!! I can’t stress how clean this location is, The staff members are always sanitizing and wiping down EVERYTHING!! They are so friendly helpful and personable!!

I feel so lucky she gets to train with someone who knows what he is actually doing. I still can’t believe he is a European Kickboxing Champion!!

I joined Rigoro Gym back in November and have only had positive experiences since joining. Coach Ricky is a phenomenal fighter and also a phenomenal coach. He teaches real scenario techniques that apply to fighting and pushes everyone to perform to his/her capabilities. Other than being a great coach he is also a great friend and I would recommend fighters and people looking to get in shape to try his gym.

This gym is very clean, coach ricky is very thorough and informative. He has a great skill set. This gym is great if you want to learn how to defend yourself or just lose weight. The atmosphere is very friendly and encouraging to others with any skill level. As a martial artist for the last 20 years of my life this gym is Highly recommended
