Richard Popowitz, MD

I was very happy with Dr. Popowitz. I had bad pain in my knee, and he was able to give me a shot to relieve the pain. Also I had severe pain in my arm, he explained to me what could be the issue. He was right on target.

Dr. Popowitz is a doctor that takes his time with you and explains any questions you may have instead of rushing to get to the next patient. He fixed my right wrist with surgery and now helped me with my left wrist. If I didn't see him after seeing the doctor in the er in Florida I never would of know exactly what I had (bone bruise) and that I should of been wearing the splint I was given all along. Which would explain why it still really hurts. Thank you again for being a great orthopedic!

Dr. Popowitz saw me on the day I called with a foot problem. The office did X-rays quickly and the woman was very nice. The sign in process and cleanliness of the office was wonderful. The doctor was efficient well spoken and easily understood. He went over my X-rays and all of my concerns. I left the office with a concrete plan for my issue and I was very happy with the result.

Dr. Popowitz is always efficient and helpful. He explains what he sees and offers suggestions for how to help deal with the problem. I find him to be a very reasonable and competent orthopedist. Have never had a bad experience with him.

My wife took my 15-year old daughter with a sprained? twisted? ankle, the injury proved to be relatively minor. Dr. Popowitz took x-rays and explained to my wife & teenager the nature of the problem and what to do to treat it. He was calming & articulate. My daughter is now wearing an ankle brace and doing much better. We've been using Dr. Popowitz for a decade now. Very trustworthy.
