  I'm not one to write reviews but I had to recognize the professionalism of Majestic Floors. From the time I asked for an estimate, till the project was done, the team was on-time, worked fast, and did an unbelievable job. They came in at a great price, and did more than I expected them to do.
  I had a few repairs that need to be done on top of sanding and coating the floor, they didn't just patch area but replaced them with new, matching peices and even pointed out a few things I didn't notice. Ontop of doing an all around great job, the dustless sanding is a huge added bonus.

  I chose Majestic after getting three estimates. Owner Jose was honest, straightforward and clear about the whole project and a pleasure to meet. The workers arrived promptly on three consecutive days and did a fabulous dustless job refurbishing the oak flooring on the entire top level of our raised ranch home. The result exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this company.
