I volunteer here as a blood donor ambassador and the staff is always nice :). They also treat the donors very well.
I've always had a pleasant experience at the Rockland Blood Center. The staff are warm and friendly and the snacks are good.
One note, currently (July 2017) they are not open every day of the week, so check in advance before stopping by. Making an appointment online (through the NY Blood Bank website) is always a good idea.
