Access Physical Therapy & Wellness

I arrived at Access PT in New City with a doctor's script in hand and hopes that the pain in the cervical and lumbar regions of my spine would be eliminated, or at worst, tolerable. First, the leadership and staff members at Access PT in New City are second to none. Matt and Jade at the Front Desk are thoughtful, courteous and on top of their game, just as expected.

Dr. Urvater is truly amazing and highly skilled at her craft. She is uniquely dynamic and a consummate PT professional.
The passion and energy that she pours into my specific PT regimen absolutely demonstrates her desire to achieve total patient wellness. With Dr. Urvater, I know I'm in the best hands possible.

Dr. Tracy Urvater was great!! She helped our son get over a severe thigh contusion quickly and with great understanding of a high school athlete. She was patient and took the time to teach him exercises and stretches that he will continue to use. As he started getting better she pushed him and encouraged him to help him get back on the field as quick as possible. I strongly recommend Dr. Urvater!

This was my best ever physical therapy experience. Tracy Urvater is amazing! She is very caring ,compassionate, positve,encouraging and helped me through my fears. She will push you and makes you want to push. What you put in is what ypu get out! Had physical therapy starting before and after my knee replacement. Pre op therapy helped me come out the other side stronger and made my recovery much faster then my last knee replacement. Everyone there is kind and friendly. I will be back if I need therapy again!

I completed my second clinical rotation at this location and it was such a positive experience. I worked with Dr. Amanda Staffiero and I learned so much during my time with her! All of the other PTs are so knowledgeable and great to work alongside with. Tina is such a wonderful patient coordinator and an essential part of the team. One of the many things I liked about this clinic is that there are no therapy aides to take patients through any exercises so it allows the PTs to work closely and monitor patients much more effectively. Everyone is so caring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend friends/family to come here for their care!

If one has to go for Vestibular PT, this is the place! Professional, courteous, thorough, and polite. Appointments were easy to schedule, and they're located in a convenient location. My PT Amanda and her Intern Cristina were as helpful as one could want when I needed help. Thanks to both for a job well done!!
