The team at ANZ was reliable and easy to work with. The work I needed done was finished in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommended the services provided by ANZ to larger companies, as well as smaller business like myself (Learning Ladder Child Care Center) because they go the extra mile to answer any questions and guide you in the right direction! (January 31, 2017, 8:37 pm)I emailed John Atzl requesting a survey inspection to be done on a home I was purchasing. It was a last minute request and I was pressed for time as closing was in 24 hours. I stressed to John to please see what he can do. John was able to move his schedule around and get a fiekd tech to go out to the property. He emailed me at 8:30 the next morning asking for my title company address and within an hour I had what I needed.
Thank John for coming through in such short notice.
