I have been working with Barry and the firm for quite a while now on several projects. They are professional, responsive and just all around good people who do what they say they will do. Have never been let down.

I was the defendant in a very contentious divorce and Paul represented me.. Initially, to preserve assets and avoid potential costly litigation he recommended settling. He calculated a more than fair offer. Opposing council, Jennifer O’Hara esq of White Plains absolutely refused to accept any offer that even the judge gave his blessing to. It became clear that opposing council wanted to keep charging as much as she could to pad legal fees with outrageous filings and asking for outrageous things while totally ignoring our continued overtures to settle.

We had to go to trial, and I am super impressed how Paul not only prepared for trial but the presentation of my case. His performance as a trial attorney was a thing of beauty. many observers, including other attorneys were incredibly impressed, he knew every aspect of this case automatically, even planned his closing arguments before we went into trial, he was able to get 42 of the 44 exhibits in as evidence in spite of constant objections by opposing council. This was a master class in picking apart a case that was based solely on the greed of both the plaintiff and attorney.

Conversely opposing counsel, Jennifer O'Hara esq, looked as if it was her first time trying a case, she was outclassed ,disorganized, and outmatched in every single aspect, very similar to the other google reviews about this attorney, and to boot, she lost badly, ....it was a TKO

I have used them over the years and in each case they proved they are a professional, well run organization. what really impressed me was the amount of resources they have available to overcome any issues that arise. they are a great law firm.

K&G are the best! They helped me navigate through a difficult time in my life, and were always there for me. They were always concerned for the welfare of me and my children.
