they have excellent sales with aggressive deals. sales person Mr. jason was very professional and he went through all the features of the car one at a time before hand over the car. Usually in other audi car dealers, as soon as you sign into a deal, they don’t even want to talk to you anymore. Audi Nyack beats them on every angles. they have great sales with unbeatable price and they provide great customer service after sales. I would definitely recommend my friends to check them out. by the way, this is a first month review. i will posting again after 36 months later with my overall experience.

Spiro Milliaressis, my sales representative from Audi Nyack was fantastic. From the very beginning he explained everything to me in detail from start to finish. There was no heavy handed sales pitch to offer or suggest any extras I might not have been interested in. This was not my first Audi purchase, and I did visit other Audi dealerships prior to deciding to place an order at Audi Nyack, but with a sales representative like Spiro, it was a no brainer to purchase my next Audi from no other place but Audi Nyack.
Usually once a vehicle is delivered, the sales representative goes over the vehicle basic’s, especially if this is not your first Audi, but Spiro not only took his time explaining the new and updated features on this vehicle in detail, but he made it a point to make sure if I had any questions or needed anything, I could reach out to him anytime. He really meant it and it was not just sales talk.
I must also mentioned my experience with the finance director, Anthony De Luca. Anyone that has ever purchased a new vehicle would always dread the meeting with the finance director, thinking that he or she would come with the hard sales pitch to add thousands of dollars of completely unnecessary add on. Well for the first time in numerous new car purchases, Anthony De Luca did not do that. Sure, he explained to me extra’s I might consider (that is one of his jobs) but there was no, you will be sorry if you don’t get this extra now. He was a gentleman throughout the process. Btw, Audi Nyack is partnered with the TruCar program and I saved thousands below MSRP which is extremely rare in this current market as well as for a Audi.
The service department, which is extremely important to me is where your relationship will continue with a dealership for the next few years, is first class, with everyone there pleasant and more than helpful. With most vehicle service covered under warranty, a Audi owner could bring their vehicle to any Audi service department, so when you find a good service department, you will usually stick with them regardless of distance. I look forward to bringing my vehicle for service at Audi Nyack where they value a Audi customer.
In closing, I would highly recommend Audi Nyack, with not just having a great sales staff like Spiro Milliaressis, but the entire team from finance, to the most important part after a sale, their service department. Audi USA, you have a Gold Star winner in Audi Nyack, keep up the good work!!!
