Great company! I’m so glad I went with them. From the get go, Isaac was very thorough and patient in dealing with my millions of questions about all the options for wood flooring. He was quick in sending me samples, followed up, sent more samples, followed up again... etc. He went above and beyond in helping me out. I changed my mind on the color of some vinyl planks and Isaac made the exchange process quick and easy. Isaac also recommended me a couple of different people for installation of the flooring at different price points, and the guy i chose also turned out to be great. It’s important to me to do my renovations with people who are friendly and passionate about their job, and the guys at Advanced Flooring are both of these things plus they know good people in the industry with a similar vibe. Lastly, Isaac became a friend through this process and I always looked forward to him calling. I’m honestly going to miss the banter!
