Friendly volunteers monitor Autumn migrating hawks at this location since at least 1969. Officially founded in 1971. A short hike from Rt 9W to the expansive view at top. More than a dozen species of raptor fly by, some at eye level, providing the so-called Hook look! Like this male kestrel by wildlife photographer S. Sachs.
