  Great office. My dog can get afraid real easy, yet he walks in happy and proud each time we visit. The Dr is a kind patient man who will take time to explain different options.

  5 STAR RATING FOR DR. JUN ONLY, he's caring, intelligent and is very helpful. Will definitely return for him! **READ FURTHER DOWN FOR COMPLAINT**
  
  HOWEVER, ONE of their staff receptionists gives off a very, "I couldn't care less, I hate this job, I just want to get paid" vibe. Zero empathy or compassion and just seems to be going through the motions to get pet owners in and out on the phone and in person. I'm not asking for an overly eager person who seems tweaked with concern, but she gave off the worst energy of any vet assistant/receptionists I've ever met. She gives off a really negative, blase attitude and I believe a lot of the reviews here are talking about the same staff member. Never realized how much I appreciated vet staff showing some compassion until I met her. I'm not saying she is a horrible person, but as someone who works at the front desk, you have to act like you give a damn or you just give the hospital a bad reputation it doesn't deserve.

  ***Received my dogs ashes and just want to say thank you for the symapthy, which is all I honestly wanted. The reason I was upset initially was because when I brought my dead dogs body 2 weeks ago, I didn't receive an ounce of empathy from your staff and it felt like I was returning a TV to Best Buy. She was a part of my family for 12 years and it didn't make me feel good that it seemed like the staff couldn't care less. However, I'll chalk it up as an early Monday morning mishap.

  Thank you to the caring staff at Orangetown Animal Hospital, who kindly advised me over the phone, on how to deal with an injured bird found on the road. As they predicted, the bird died shortly after our conversation, but thanks to their instruction, we gave it shelter from the elements until its time arrived. God bless.
