I was hesitant at 1st,,, but was quickly made comfortable by his knowledge & demeanor of how to & how not to handle everything from stress to resentments to jeLousy ,& of course ANGER!!!!! I have come away after 12 weeks of 1 hr classes a week ,,, with a small group of people who also have anger issues .I have a new lease on life & am now grateful I attended his program,, if I didn't go no telling where I might have ended up ,,,, certainly would have lost my job of. 17 years ,,, after that only hell awaits....... ???? ty Dr B
