  I walked into my first kickboxing class here in the middle of November. After my first class, I honestly felt like I was going to puke but, I kept coming back. I continued to persevere and push myself because I knew this place was special. I felt it from the moment I walked in; personable, humble, and family oriented. I have made amazing friends I consider my “kickboxing family.” Before I knew it, I was staying for doubles, kickboxing for two hours a day, three days a week, five if I didn't have classes for grad school. This studio offered me something I had been looking for, for quite some time; an escape. A place I could go to work on myself, for myself. Every class is different, some days are good and some days are bad but, one thing has always stayed the same, and that is the level of support I have received from coach Amir. Coach Amir took me under his wing and showed me everything from how to throw a proper jab cross, to eating right. Over time, I have learned more about kickboxing than I ever thought I would, and I have grown to love it even more. If I could get everyone I knew to come in and try kickboxing with me here, I would do it in a heartbeat. This place will change your life; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  I have been training with Amir since October 2014. Started out just trying to loose baby weight ... I did that plus more! Great 1 hour class that kicks your butt! He takes the time to get to know each of his students and their goals, challenging and pushing you to be better than the day before. People here are friendly and welcoming.

  Fitness Kickboxing offers a great workout, I've been going for 6 months and am never bored. The instructors are excellent and have created an atmosphere that is both inclusive and challenging. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout!

  I have been a member of fitness kickboxing for one year going on two years. Joining fitness kickboxing by far has been one of my best decisions in my life. Fitness kickboxing has allowed me to achieve many of my fitness goals. The biggest plus for me is the flexible class schedule and the many options to choose from. If you are considering joining fitness kickboxing you wont regret it.
