Sorger Beth

I have seen Beth Sorger in psychotherapy on and off for a number of years whenever a problem would come up that I wanted to address. I have worked with her on issues of anxiety, grief, family relationships, and body image. She blends traditional psychotherapy with energy therapy techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to create a very effective and powerful form of therapy. While working with her in this way I always felt relief, a shift toward the positive, and lasting results. In addition to her excellent therapeutic skills, she is a kind, compassionate, and smart woman. I always found the experience of working with her to be extremely beneficial. I have recommended her to many friends and family members. Beth's techniques work with all types of issues so I always feel comfortable recommending her.
