Most positive car purchase I’ve made in the past 30 yrs. My sales person Michael was extremely helpful - answered all my questions and Marty the finance guy made my purchase extremely easy. I live in NJ about 1 hr away and use to get my old Subaru served here many years ago. So happy I made the trip back. Love my 2025 Outback!! Best dealership ever!!!!

We very much like that the dealership is only 10 minutes from our house. That’s a big plus. We are repeat customers and just like the previous times we bought cars from Bill Kolb Subaru, the process was smooth and seamless with absolutely no pressure to upgrade or purchase add-ons. This time we traded in our old Subaru and got a very fair trade-in value which helped in making our purchase decision. Mike (salesperson), Holman (manager) & Marty (finance) were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process stress free.
And of course, a great price and great financing didn’t hurt either, lol!

I just bought a used 2020 forester from this dealer. WOW, talk about AMAZING!! The price listed on the web was the price. Everyone I worked with at the dealer was friendly, honest and straight forward. No reading between the lines was necessary. There online staff was able to answer questions and send me texts with all the information I asked for in minutes. Once I decided to buy the car, I was able to get all the paperwork done remotely. Evan was my sales person when I went to look at the car. He was GREAT!! I asked to have the car inspected at an outside shop 2.3 miles away. Evan said, no problem, we'll drop it off and picked it up. I mentioned my wife was traveling and needed to figure out how to get the car. They offered to deliver the car FREE of charge. I live 30-40minutes away!!

So many other dealers play games with the online price, then when you get there you find out it's really MORE. Then they have crazy things you have to pay for and/or very high document fees. 4 of the other dealers I went to had "fees and other stuff you had to buy" that ranged from $2,500 to $4,00 MORE on top of the price of the car. Such a complete waste of your time.
