Staff in Tallman office were pleasant and appointment went smoothly. Dr. Purohit also pleasant and respectful; listened to and validated our concerns and ordered appropriate lab testing and follow up. I suggest that their phone setup could be improved by more staff to take calls or voicemail for messages. (Calls sometime just ring and ring and have to hang up and try another time). Appointments can be far ahead we did have to wait a couple of months. Made the 3 month followup when we checked out.

I have been a patient of Dr P for over six years and I will not go anywhere else. I no longer live in NY, so I fly cross country just to see her. Thank goodness for telemedicine! I tell her all the time she’s stuck with me 😁
She’s a fantastic doctor. She is passionate about her profession and dedicated to her patients. If you’re in need of a Rheumatologist, she is definitely someone to go to; regardless of where you live. Doc, you’re outstanding!

Doctor Purohit and her staff have been extremely professional and very nice. Doctor Purohit takes her time to listen to and talk to you even thou you never wait long. She and her office make the whole process as smooth as possible.

I am very pleased with the care Ive received from Dr. Purohit. She is professional, attentive and very nice. She listens, checks up on all lab results and adjusts her treatment plan according to your current condition. The only negative is the wait time. I've never been seen within a half hour of my appointment time and for some reason I continuously have to fill out the same paperwork. But that's an office issue, no reflection on Dr.Purohit.
