Fireside Kosher

The food is very good and they sit you down quickly. The waiters are very nice, the food is a little expensive but that's to be expected. The service could be faster but it is pretty good. One of my favorite places to go!

Everyone is telling you the same thing. Service is phenomenal. Food is very good. Not great. Desserts need a little help. Ambiance is as good as it can be for a "heimish" place. There are babies, children and people who never went to a restaurant in Manhattan. With that said, the place tries and it's worth your time. It isn't cheap though but you get what you pay for.

Most dishes are very good, not great. Since the original chef left food has gone down a notch, In my opinion. Manhattan prices but not on par with Tabernacle or Mike's Bistro for example. Ambiance is terrible, common to have a baby crying or some loud table of yentas cackling in your ear. If you're in the Monsey area, I would still recommend trying them out. Just have your expectations set.
