He was great knowledgeable, listened to me did not rush me and was very thorough. He has a wall of dr of the year 2019,2020,2021 & I asked where was 2022. He replied it is in my office I have not put it up. Well Please put it up!! Everyone needs to know that you are so deserving of this recognitions. I do not usually do reviews, but I felt so great after this visit. Thank you again and see you in soon.

The entire experience took just over an hour including prep and the actual procedure. The nurse was very friendly and the anesthesiologist did an excellent job. Dr Olstein provided a clear explanation. I would recommend them.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was brought in within just a few minutes and the entire procedure was so quick and easy. Dr. Olstein, my nurse, and anesthesiologist were so friendly and explained everything before my endoscopy. And when it was over Dr. Olstein explained his findings and further treatment plan. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Olstein was very sympathetic to my condition and open in discussing next steps. He explained everything succinctly and made sure I had a clear picture of what was going on and what the next steps were. The staff and nurses were friendly and patient. I didn't wait long and was out relatively quickly. It was a stress- free visit.

It was a consult but he truly listened to my concerns. He was nice to have a doctor who took your concerns and questions seriously.
Update: his bed side manor was wonderful. Staff was very thorough and explained everything step by step. All were polite and put me at ease during the whole procedure.
