Woodgrove at Sterlington

Greystar Management has been nothing but fair and responsive to tenants since they took over in my experience. Greystar keeps the property operational and clean, which is greatly appreciated by tenants. The property manager, Ariel, is always available to help tenants with any issues, and is a nice person in general. Ariel and Robyn are largely responsible for me renewing my lease in the community. I'd recommend their services.

I highly recommend living at Woodgrove at Sterling it’s like resort living with all the wonderful amenities and conveniences. No need for a gym membership it’s just a hop skip and a jump away at the club house. If you have guests and want to have a movie night no need to go to the movies cause they have that covered. If you are a golf lover just take a walk to the simulated golf room and don’t forget the game room. Best part is they also welcome your fur babies. Living here honestly feels like vacation and the staff are so helpful and friendly. You won’t regret it the apartments are gorgeous and spacious.

My husband and I moved into woodgrove at Sterlington under the old management company .. soon afterward the new management was taken over headed by manager, ariel guzman.. he made a transition very easy and has been a great help to us since .. I have called him on several occasions for assistance of any type and he has always corrected them in a speedy fashion .. Robin also works in the office with him , she is amazing as well .. I also applaud the maintenance men , they also do a great job . We really love our apartment and living in this complex .Regina

We moved in just about 2.5 weeks ago, and could not be happier! From the moment we toured the place, the staff has been super friendly, kind and courteous. The apartment felt like a true home from the very first day.

We have lived at Woodgrove since December 2020. We have been very happy with Ariel, Robin and the staff. Whenever you walk into the office you are always greet with a smile and a hello. They are very attentive to the needs of the residents. When there is any issue it is addressed immediately and the staff follows up to make sure you are satisfied. We unfortunately lost our dog in April, a few days later I received a notification that I had a package, to my surprise it was an amazingly thoughtful gift from Ariel in memory of our beloved Daisy. The amenities and the grounds are kept very clean and neat. It is a pleasure living at Woodgrove.
