  I love the friendliness and sincere care that the staff at the office provides. Everyone is really professional and caring. This urgent care has amazing late hours if you have emergency. I appreciate all of it?!Thank you, Monika

  My mother recently came here to seek medical attention. They were so professional and their priority is the patient. My mom passed out and they were so quick to contact the ambulance. After passing out and taken to the hospital, they ensured that her car wouldn’t be towed by placing a sticker on it. They have excellent management. Especially Ben. He called after my mother being hospitalized and check up on her. I recommend this place for anyone to seek true health care. The best in Spring Valley!

  I always have a positive welcome at Medrite. The staff is pleasant, caring, understanding and efficient. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for the front desk receptionist to attend to me

  Definitely recommend this place. They accept most insurances, it's a nice clean place and the staff is friendly. Standing above expectations was Loraine at the front desk! She was helpful, understanding and deals with patrons with a smile. That is especially remarkable since more often than not people at the front desk in a doctor's office are not very friendly/happy.
  As for the waiting times, I was called in within 5 minutes of registering. I was waiting a little (about 15-20 minutes) once in the room to speak with the Dr. after the nurse did her thing. They do x-rays on site but call to confirm the tech is working when you need. Only down side is that they won't email *any* results to you, you need to go in to get a copy of anything. Overall I don't think it was a crazy wait time and for the level of service it's more than great. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
