Nutrition by Tanya is literally the best place to go! The counselors in this location are also amazing, and the muffins and cookies are delicious!!!
I have been part of the Nutrition by Tanya family for over a year! The staff is so encouraging and motivating and they have a personal connection to each and every one of their clients. It's great to see people come in and reach their goals. Anyone on this diet knows that it's something you can always stick to and it becomes a lifestyle. This plan does not deprive you of food and there are even TAP muffins and cookies that are allowed on the diet! Nutrition by Tanya is definitely the place to go!
