Pat Osabel is absolutely outstanding! She helped me through the whole process, was very patient, kind, responsive and very professional. She is truly a rare find in today's workforce. If only all companies would have employees like Pat Osabel there would never be customer complaints. She's that good.. A true gem and a must keeper for any organization! She deserves a raise and recognition for doing an amazing job, day in and out.
