“My experience with Jennifer at Ebb and Flow physical therapy has been amazing. I've put off pelvic floor therapy for a long time and I'm glad that I found Ebb and Flow. Jennifer has a very gentle and welcoming nature (which is essential when you're about to talk about incontinence!). She is clearly very knowledgeable in women's physical therapy and gave me an abundance of tips and exercises to help increase strength and to perform daily activities in a more mindful manner. Her office is clean and is following COVID precautions and I feel safe seeing her in person. She was also very helpful in figuring out how to get reimbursed from my insurance which was an obstacle for my search for PT previously. I would highly recommend Ebb and Flow Physical Therapy to anyone looking for pelvic floor management.”

I probably got that wrong but she is the first person you meet and treats you above and beyond. She is extremely attentive to patient needs and their guests. I wasn't the only person in the office that took notice and commeded her on a job extremely well done but other folks made similar mention of her kindnesses. “listen all eight of my children went to SVHS i love the staff all the teachers are awesome i know them for 25 years. if a kid is criminal hes going to get in trouble for the kids that want to get an education there is no stopping them. my oldest son Eli is a registered head nurse in westchester thanks to this school.my daughter is a special ed teacher thanks to this school. i love the diversity and i has instilled in my children to love all cultures...........this brings a precious enrichment to our lives. one thing i have been upset about is the maintenance of the school its needs a complete remodeling when i used the bathroom a few years back the sink was hanging off the wall. we went to see my daughters dance performance and my husband fell backwards in the auditorium chair because the screws were missing. where does all the money in this county going? obviously not to help SVHS!!!!!!!!!!!! If i won the lottery i would donate alot of money to make things better.”

“Initially it was a bit difficult to get an appointment since there was some confusion about my insurance. After contacting my Insurance company i was able to confirm that vision plus does accept my insurance. During my appointment the wait was about 10-12 minutes. The receptionist was nice and able to answer my questions. The test was quiet simple and quick as well. The receptionist afterwards gave me a lot of time to pick my glasses, which was very helpful.”
