(November 12, 2018, 1:45 pm)One fine Sunday, we went to Bear mountain state park for scenery and photo shooting. But the traffic was so packed we weren't able to go up, the road was blocked and apparently, reservation is required in order to drive all the way up the mountain. Eventhough we ended up going back home , the view all the way around the mountain is amazing. A must see destination for fall scenery.

(March 25, 2018, 5:26 pm)A place full of fun and quality time pass year round. You can easily spend 3-4 hours here with family doing hiking and picnic. There is a decent zoo and lake. Swimming pool and ice rink is also available in appropriate seasons. Parking fee per car is just $10.
