Everyone is there for their own reason and only support you in the process. It truly is a family environment there. In addition, the bathrooms are GREAT! It's not your typical "gym bathroom". It's very clean and modern, with private door front bathrooms, large and private showers and lockers for your belongings. They provide you with hand and bath towels and even with lotions, sprays and shampoo for use (in case you forget your own). It is important to have a gym as your sanctuary; where you feel safe, comfortable and motivated. Nyack Fitness meets all those needs and more!”
