“A super welcoming, beautiful space for all levels. Laura and all of her teachers, especially Erina, bring a beautiful energy to their classes. There are also enlightening workshops every so often, and donation cat yoga, my personal favorite, where cats (up for adoption) from HiTor Animal Shelter roam the studio as Laura leads a yoga class. All money and items collected for the class go directly to the cats.”
