Not only did I see change, I felt it. And since that day, I have been living the change I needed in my life. It has been 6 weeks now since my first session with Jamie Lynn and I am practicing the daily affirmations as she instructed. On days when I have doubts about my ability to persevere, I focus on the person I was before and the person I want to be. Because of hypnotherapy, the person I want to be is the person I am, living the life I deserve for myself and my family. I highly recommend hypnotherapy with Jamie Lynn, especially if you have hit rock bottom and know you want change and will do whatever is necessary to unhitch the bad habits you have been carrying with you for far too long.”
