“My whole life I’ve “suffered” through various dentists and countless traumatic dental experiences . Until NOW! I was in tons of pain and and desperately needed to have LOTS of work done. However, due to the intense fear I had regarding the pain that I knew I would inevitably be suffering after having dental work done - I kept pushing it off. Finally, I couldn’t push it off any longer and went to see Dr. Sam Horowitz at ICGD. In my entire life,I have NEVER had such a positive experience at the dentist. Dr. Horowitz has been calm, understanding and extremely patient with me. He made sure I knew that he would take care of me. Despite my repeated need to be assured that everything was gonna be ok, Dr. Horowitz made it a point to remind me that if I did have an issue -pain or otherwise- he was available and reachable! The office staff are friendly and professional (which is hard to find sometimes), and the nurses are patient, reassuring and caring as well. ANDREA was my nurse on more than one occasion, and not only did she make me feel comfortable about asking a zillion questions, but she calmed me down and assured me that my anxiety was completely normal. Like any true artist, Dr. Horowitz created, crafted & perfected his work over a total of 13 months. He took immense pride in making sure that his completed artwork sparkled and shined like a true masterpiece. How lucky am I that his masterpiece is MY NEW SMILE. I knew this would be a long and painful road but Dr. Horowitz promised that I would be happy with my new smile at the end and my expectations have been wildly exceeded! I’m truly grateful to Dr. Horowitz and his entire team. BOTTOM LINE: This place gets FIVE STARS!!! It gets an A+++ RATING!!! MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!”

“I know its hard to believe what people post up, but please know that this is truly true. My mother is on a ventilator since Nov 8, where she had a trake, feeding tube put in. My mother went to another rehab, which was horrible (they gave her the wrong food and she choked). My mother was rushed to Good Sam, where it was an excellent hospital. I was so nervous, searching other places for my mother to get respiratory rehab. My mother has been at Northern Manor for 2 weeks. The staff at this place have been absolutely amazing. The respiratory team, therapy, nurses, nurse director, aides, and everyone in the building has been pleasant, loving, and compassionate. They have been accommodating, as I am a New York City Teacher and need extended visiting hours. My mother is my best friend and she deserves nothing but the best. Yes, nothing is perfect in life, but this place has done a great job so far. Thank you to all the staff at Northern Manor and please keep up the great work you all do.”

“Rebuttal of original review 5 months ago! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap again and a spicy chicken sandwich for my son. The food was ready when I arrived, not like the last time which I waited an extra 20 minutes. When I got home everything was perfect. The buffalo wrap was full of tender, perfectly seasoned chicken with a side of blue cheese dressing was delicious, not like the 1st time which was dry and unappealing. My son said his spicy chicken sandwich was fresh, and I could barely get an answer from him as he devoured and thoroughly enjoyed his dinner with some crispy fries. I can't wait to try other items on their menu and they have definitely turned not only their takeout food around but my review as well! Kudos Bigg Belly....”
