After alot of research and initial assessment with M.J. Engineering and Land Surveying, I decided to use them to provide an updated Land Survey and Marking of my property line.

As a New Homebuyer, I couldn't ask for a more efficient, patient and professional company. Everyone from Mike, Dave, Josh and Kevin were transparent with me in process and friendly.

I would recommend this company especially for 1st time buyers in need of Home Survey and clear visual of their property line.

I would be doing the community a disservice if I didn't write a brief review about M.J Engineering. These guys are the gold standard for Engineering and Land Survey. They arranged a conference call, a follow-up meeting and provided excellent advice on all the things I should be paying attention to with my lot. They made recommendations and provided a superior service for someone who simply called for a quote. Take note small businesses, this is how you become successful!
To keep it in perspective, I've posted a picture of the small project which they went above and beyond for. Yep, a piece of land, a single lot not some massive development with 100+ lots where it would seem that they were just doing this to get the job. That's why I will be returning because they treated me as if my small investment was just as important.
