Dropped off my Subaru after getting a flat tire and the staff got me in on the only day I had available. Then they gave me a courtesy ride to my business after I told them I needed an oil change as well. About an hour or so later they came and picked me up and the car was all set. Great job and very helpful.

I recently leased a 2022 Subaru Forester Sport from Capitaland Subaru Inc. and my experience with them was one of the best ever! While we were shopping for our new vehicle we hadn’t considered Subaru until we heard from someone that drove one, recommend the Forester. At that time we stopped by the dealership and got connected with Russ. He was the best salesman we had on our car buying journey. He was personable, knowledgeable on the cars and very patient with all of our questions. Ultimately the decision came down to price for us, but we could not recommend talking with Russ enough!

The sales process and picking up my new car was efficient and pleasant. The team members we worked with (Marco in Sales and Glen with financing and paperwork) had everything ready and answered all our questions.

I noticed that the room where people wait for service was clean and well designed with laptop stations, charging ports, a TV, plus coffee, water and snacks. There was extra seating outside on sunny benches. Additionally, the bathroom was immaculate.

I had a great first time car buying experience here. Quick, to the point, and not going to force you into anything was my experience. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because when I picked up the car there was almost no gas in it so I had to immediately fill the tank after buying my car. That was mildly annoying but otherwise they were great.
