Long wait today, lots of people came early.everyone patiently waiting for their number to be called.

Was in today to the Schenectady office. Easy in...Easy out! Self check in was a snap. There were about 15 people ahead of me and the entire process from check in to exit was about 1 hour. Give yourself a little time and have reasonable expectations! These people are here to help you and they are doing an awesome job. The place is very clean and the staff are very polite. If you are trying to get this done on a 15 or 30 minute lunch break, that is not a reasonable expectation IMO. This office is servicing a huge area and you have to be mindful of that.

My parent went there to change the name of social security card. We have completed form online and processed only 7 mints. The gentlemen my mom spoke with were polite and professional (at window 5 on June 1, 2022). Please note that to flextime as you might get line in 45 - 60 mints, the rest is fine.

Today I was on hold for about 20 minutes - they seem very busy - however when I finally did get a representative - her name is Tanya - she was extremely helpful. She listened very carefully, and answered all of my questions, and gave me the exact information that I needed. Very grateful for her help!!!! I know that sometimes we have negative experiences, but if we can remember to be patient and polite when calling, that may help. They are probably doing the best they can considering the workload.
