  I've been going to Cedar Beach for nearly ten years now, and since then have nkt changed my 'go-to' beach. Parking can be a bit expensive if you aren't a Babylon resident, but it is 100% worth it. The food shack is great and the drinks are better. There is a playground, handball court, dozens of volleyball nets, and more. The beach is far from the parking lot, but a pickup truck will take you to and from, making life a whole lot easier. Hands down the best beach in Long Island.

  Very nice beach. Tons of volleyball nets. $20 admission per vehicle. Worth it. Very clean. Bar and food on boardwalk.

  salt shack is a great place to come and listen to live music and meet great people.. older crowd no young kids causing trouble...fun place...

  Was a very pleasant surprise. As it was not a weekend, there was not admission fee. There was a nice eatery stand and bar area. The food was standard beach fare but it was nice to be able to grab a bite to eat. The walk to the water is very long but there is a path part of the way. All in all, it was an enjoyable time and something I was not aware of be I g there.
