Robin was great!! He is very personable and knows his bugs!! Robin was our first technician back when we started with Aptive and we were glad to see him back. Keep up the good work.
Super nice team. Only had my first spray so I can't give the full 5 stars yet because it takes multiple rounds to get rid of the bugs (I still have crickets in my basement). But so far, I am happy with the level of service from the team.
The technician Robin was very knowledgeable and really showed me the different areas of our house that needed to be protected and what the appropriate treatments were for these type of sections. He went through what he was doing every step of the way with the different applications.
Rees was the salesman who came to us with this opportunity to protect our house and he was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Very friendly and informative.
Robin and Fabian did a great job. They explained everything carefully before they started and they even took out a wast nest out of my shed that I didn’t even know was there. They confirmed and reconfirmed the payment before they submitted anything and they did the whole perimeter of my house.
