  Wonderful experience dealing with Parish.
  
  Parish took the time to show me various different options after assessing my need a and desires in a bedroom set, and ultimately guided me to the perfect fit!
  
  Also, I am not a guy who purchases warranties on items like this, but Parish explained how Bob's warranty is worth owning , do I bought it!
  
  I really appreciate Parish's knowledge and professionalism, and will seek her out when I come back in a month for my living room furniture!

  I came into the store with my sister to look for living room furniture. We had a nice greeting by one of the managers Mike as we entered the store. The staff there was so friendly and attentive. They let us walk around the store at our own pace and didn’t make us feel rushed. We wanted to know about all the financial options the store had. We wanted to know about a program they had called acceptance now and so we were greeted by Reyna. She was very nice and thorough with explaining the program. Overall it was just a great experience.

  I’m thankful that Jose Sanchez explained which product knowledge will suit my needs best. He has a caring approach and he is a true professional.
  
  Please accept my gratitude towards him and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the transaction within quick thanks to their attentive and alert presence. I would especially like to commend Him for his professionalism and product knowledge.

  Carl greeted us as soon as we came into the store. He greeted us with a smile on his face. He was receptive to the vision we had to decorate our home. He was accommodating and swift to show us the different pieces of furniture. He was very patient with us as well. Highly recommend. We ended up making quite a few major purchases

  Two years ago I furnished my entire apartment with bobs. My wife and I were very happy with everything. A few months ago a part of our sectional couch started sinking in amongst other issues. We purchased the goof proof which provided protection for all our orders. I called customer service to get it fix. The service tech deemed that part of the couch unrepairable. We were given a credit for only part of the couch which made no sense. I pleaded with them for over an hour trying to get full credit so we can buy a new couch. With no luck we just decided to use what we got and add to it. We walked into bobs and was greeted immediately by Ralph. Great fun guy, he showed us around a little and gave us time to talk and try out different couches on our own (which is how we preferred it). When we was ready I explained our situation, he pulled up our records and found it strange we didn’t get a full refund. He got Maryanne involved who agreed with him. I told them how I tried talking to customer service but they weren’t very helpful. Ralph and Maryanne than got their manager Mike involved as well. With their help we was able to get a full credit refund. We got our new couch and only paid the difference in price. They stayed late and worked hard to get it done. My wife and I were very pleased with our service and couldn’t be happier. We would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again guys RALPH!! MARYANNE!! and MIKE!!
