  Been eating here for years. Last night's to-go dinner was atrocious! The chips & salsa was inedible because the chips had a smell and taste as if a rubber glove or utensil had been melted into the oil and they just kept using it. Either that or the oil was extremely old. I have never had an order of their chips & salsa that smelled or tasted like that. The steak, ordered medium, came out well-well done. No pink and very tough to cut and chew contrary to the steaks we usually get which are super tender and juicy. The small cup of salad that came with the "three-for" dinner was a soggy, wilted, rotting cup of slimy tomato & cucumber with lettuce that was both old and slimy. Right in the garbage with that. The other sides were good though... ie. corn on the cob and onion petals. This meal overall was a definite miss though. Not at all representative of the meals we usually take home from there. I'm really hoping that I don't get sick off those chips because they had a really bad burnt chemical smell and taste to them. I would be interested to know if any other patrons brought up any concern about the chips last night as well.
  
  Follow-up... While my order did not meet my expectations, Chili's was very generous to offer a replacement for the poorly prepared items mentioned above.

  They have great waiters.I loved my surprise birthday dessert it was delicious. The food was also delicious. Sometimes you get your table after a long time but they are probably busy. Most of the time is pretty empty. They check up on you to see if every thing is good. The waiters are also really nice and kind.

  A very good restaurant to go with family or for quick bite. its also very convenient for the movie goers across the street. Food quality is very good , we had never any issue or complaint, when busy then some times service is little slow. Buy one drink and get one free is very good option.
  11aug update: went in for dinner and as usual food was awesome, this time service was very good and fast. Our host Jessica was very nice and helpful, many Times she checked on us. If we need something .
  Spicy shrimp tacos are very delicious.
