The coaches are top tier and they're dedicated beyond belief, they have a great schedule with many classes, and all members are like-minded qna very supportive. Joining this gym is easily one of the best decisions I've made in my life. My improvements only exist because of what this gym has given me. I highly recommend this gym to anyone lookojgto better themselves in any way.

(November 2, 2018, 10:11 am)Def. the best gym I have been to on Long Island. You have professional fighters instructing classes. You can acquire one on one lessons with high level fighters. Since practicing here I have been able to adequately learn both Muay Thai and BJJ. It is just all around a great gym with awesome people, really my new family.

(November 2, 2018, 9:35 am)As most people walking into a MMA gym, I was shy and nervous about my first day of training. Its very easy to feel intimidated by these types of places. Long Island MMA was different, I had gym members greet me and made feel at home. Three years later, I still feel the same. Long Island MMA is one of the few places where I am greeted with so much love as if I've known them a lifetime. Coach Brain Michelino has been an amazing instructor as well as a great friend. When looking for a gym, look for somewhere you are comfortable. I strongly suggest you looking into LIMMA (HQ) you will not regret it.
